Landlords Are you looking for a comprehensive management/maintenance service for your rental properties? Can you really be sure of the condition of your investment? Now you can with a monthly interior room by room and exterior inspection. I offer a monthly visit to your property; each visit will consist of a room by room inspection to check for overall condition and logging of defects/damage and general upkeep. Photographs will be taken at each and every visit so that an accurate record of your property condition can be logged for your own personal records and tenant agreements. I have access to other trades services including Corgi registered gas fitters and Fully qualified electricians. I can negotiate fair prices from these services. My costs are £40 per visit. I arrange with your permission to meet your tenants at a pre-arranged time once a month. My full services are offered at a discounted rate and with priority 24 hour response if called out for emergencies. I also offer a full cleaning service. General cleaning includes carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and touch up painting.  (prices are subject to condition of property and a full quote on inspection will be issued prior to commencement) MY WORK IS MY REPUTATION
